International Academy of Home Culinary Arts & Sciences is a membership based organization comprised of cooking enthusiasts, professionals and talented self-taught experts of home cooking.

We consider home cooking as art and science. Science - because success of choosing the right dish, combining ingredients, mixing and experimenting with proportions and textures requires not only experience, but theoretical knowledge and scientific mindset. As well as the way a dish is presented on a table, the way colors work together and the taste pallets that are created by a home cook is nothing short of an art.

Home cooking is the most important daily activity that is vital to our being. Our health, mood and sometimes even happiness depend on it, yet, home cooks are rarely appreciated and recognized. We’re going to change that. We want to bring them into the spotlight and celebrate their art of bringing people together over a delicious meal. We want to acknowledge their talent and respect their work by presenting International awards in a wide variety of nominations.

We see our mission as promoting best achievements in home cooking all over the world, by providing whatever is necessary: recipes, personal consultations and training classes. We enable people from all over the world to eat tastier, healthier food while still being economically efficient.

Many home culinary enthusiasts have their own unique recipes, tips and tricks that were passed down from generation to generation or were gained from a personal experience. This unique knowledge might be useful to all people, so, we’ve created a special platform that will have no boundaries and will unite home cooks all over the world. By allowing an Irish housewife to share her secrets of cooking Shepard’s Pie and having her learn from a Spanish housewife the secrets of cooking traditional Paella, we’re making World a kinder, better, full-flavored place. By providing necessary technical support, language translation, online and offline classes and workshops we allow home cooks travel the World without leaving their kitchen table.
