There are many information resources in the world containing recipes for home cooking. Every day, hundreds of millions of people visit these resources, select recipes, and prepare home-cooked meals for themselves and their families.
When deciding whether a particular recipe can be used with confidence, a person has to be guided only by his or her own ideas about the correctness of the description of ingredients, their proportions and cooking processes, by reviews of other users of the resource, given directly next to the recipe or on other information resources, reviews of this information resource as a whole, etc.
This far from always leads to the right decision. And as a result, quite often the process of home cooking with recipes new to the home cook ends in failure. Such cases occur more and more often, especially in current conditions, when not only many reviews on Internet resources are generated by bots, but even the recipes themselves can already be untested in practice results of artificial intelligence.
The most reliable way to check the quality of a recipe is its practical application: cooking and tasting the dish. This is primarily why we are creating the Home Culinary Research Center.
